A story about old town residents guarding their homes, and their attachment to their land. Tang Naitang is the third-generation descendant  of Tang Rensen, a celebrity in Lanxi of Qing Dynasty. Having three daughters and two sons, he and his wife, Wang Baodi, had been living comfortably and peacefully in their ancestral house, No. 63 of Taohuawu. But a sudden “Old City Reconstruction” demolition project disturbed Taohuawu’s peace. 94-year-old Mr. Tang was unwilling to leave his home. Could he finally hold his homeland?
